It is possible that during transport the package has been hit or suffered other damage. In these cases, we ask that you send us all possible details of your order such as the reference number and let us know or send us your invoice number and purchase date.

From then on, we will proceed to evaluate the causes why said product may have arrived in poor condition, and if it was not due to the customer's negligence, we will send a new product to your home.
