No problem. As long as no more than 14 days have passed and the returned product has not been used or unsealed, you will be credited or exchanged for another product as desired.
We would need you to add photos of the products to the email to see that they have not been used because they are cosmetic products and cannot be returned if they have been used and we would like if you can tell us the reason for returning the shipment.
